The raised ticket analyzed for bugs and fixes, and there is an incidence resolution which ensures 100% compliance. We provide full support to the Level two team for all of their production issues. If required, the tickets are also escalated to check whether there is any needed significant enhancement. The support and maintenance system is completed once there system stability and improvement in the performance.
